Currently, we ship within the GCC countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Order cut-off time: 3 P.M., order after that will be delivered the next day
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours 7 days a week
The quality delivery time:
- For Kuwait: 1 to 3 business days and if you order before 3 P.M. will bedelivered on the same day
- For other GCC countries: 5 to 14 business days
Shipping and Delivery Cost:
- For orders within Kuwait delivery costs 1 KD
- For orderswithin Sabah Al-Ahmad - Al-Khiran - Mutla - Um Al-Hayaa delivery costs 5 KD
- For orders within other GCC countries shipping costs 7 KD
While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you've to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at info@techgoodskw.com and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at info@techgoodskw.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Payment
We accept Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer buy now, pay later through Deema. We don't accept cash on delivery all orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Damages
techgoodskw.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

General Warranty Terms:
- All electronic devices from Tech Goods are guaranteed for at least one year, except for accessories like keychains and cases.
- To claim warranty services, the original purchase invoice must be presented to match the serial number and verify warranty validity.
- Customers must record a clear video explaining the device issue. If a representative is sent to collect the product, a collection fee of 2 KWD will apply.
Warranty Service Provider:
- The manufacturer or its agent in Kuwait provides product warranty and quality assurance, following the manufacturer’s warranty guide or website policies.
- Tech Goods is not responsible for warranty service availability, repair times, spare part availability, or repair costs. Customers must directly contact the warranty provider for complaints or claims.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover:
- Misuse, failure to follow user manuals or improper handling.
- Breakage, external impact, liquid damage, high humidity, or excessive heat.
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized personnel.
- Software issues caused by user-installed applications or operating system errors.
- Virus-related damages or data loss.
For items without a specific warranty policy, the above conditions apply. Product lifespan varies, and customers should refer to product manuals or contact warranty providers for details.
Maintenance Systems:
- Personal data on devices is the customer’s responsibility. Customers are advised to back up data before maintenance.
- Customers must deactivate device locks (e.g., iCloud) before repair; otherwise, the provider may refuse service.
- Repair may involve qualified technicians opening the device without prior consent if required.
- Any unreported internal damage discovered during repair is not the provider's responsibility.
General Notes:
- Repairs may take up to 14 days for warranty-covered issues, excluding spare part delivery time.
- Customers must present the original delivery receipt when collecting repaired devices.
- Repairs outside warranty coverage will include a quote valid for 7 days. Replaced spare parts will be returned to the customer upon payment.
