Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, plus GCC-issued cards. You can also buy now and pay later in installments through Deema. We don't offer cash on delivery — every order is paid in full at checkout.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Through our partner Deema you can split eligible orders (KD 10–KD 1,000) into monthly installments with instant approval at checkout. Deema works on all products except Apple products and digital gift cards, and early repayment is always free.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Payments are encrypted with SSL and processed through a secure payment gateway, and we never store your full card details. Please avoid sending full card numbers by email or message.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and collect loyalty rewards.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An order confirmation is emailed once you check out, and your purchase invoice is your proof for any warranty claim, so please keep it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take in Kuwait?

1 to 3 business days. Order before 3 PM and we aim to deliver the same day. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

How much does delivery cost?

Within Kuwait it's 1 KD. Delivery to Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Khiran, Mutla, and Um Al-Hayaa is 5 KD. Shipping to other GCC countries is 7 KD.

Do you ship outside Kuwait?

Yes — to all GCC countries: Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. GCC delivery takes 5 to 14 business days.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The number becomes active within 24 hours.

It shows delivered but I haven't received it. What now?

First contact the courier, since once a parcel is with the carrier it's in their hands. If it's still unresolved, email info@techgoodskw.com and we'll help. If 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, we open a 5-day investigation with the courier; if it can't be found, you get a full refund or a replacement.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, and any manufacturer seal must be unopened.

How do I start a return?

Email info@techgoodskw.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send an RMA return label, then pack the item carefully and ship it back.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, wrong, or faulty, we send a prepaid label and cover it.

My item arrived damaged, wrong, or faulty.

Contact us within 14 days at info@techgoodskw.com. You'll get a prepaid return label and can choose a full refund or a replacement. This also covers items that become faulty within those 14 days.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once confirmed, an order can't be modified. You can cancel within 24 hours as long as it hasn't shipped. If it has already shipped, use the return process after you receive it.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All electronic devices from Tech Goods carry at least a one-year warranty (accessories like cases and keychains are excluded). Anker products have an 18-month warranty; Momax, Xiaomi, RAVPower, Kingsmith, Porodo, Powerlogy, Sony, and Govee have 12-month warranties under their agents' conditions.

How do I claim warranty?

Present your original purchase invoice so we can match the serial number and confirm validity, and record a short, clear video showing the issue. If we send someone to collect the product, a 2 KD collection fee applies. Warranty repairs may take up to 14 days, excluding spare-part delivery time.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes misuse, drops or impact, liquid or heat damage, unauthorized repairs, software issues from user-installed apps, and virus damage or data loss. Back up your data before any repair and remove device locks like iCloud.

Who handles warranty repairs?

The manufacturer or its agent in Kuwait provides warranty service per the brand's policy. Tech Goods isn't responsible for repair times, spare-part availability, or repair costs, but we'll point you to the right provider.

Products & Stock

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We sell 100% original products sourced through authorized brands and agents, which is why they carry valid manufacturer warranties.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it return?

Many items are restocked. Message us on WhatsApp at +965 41005119 with the product name and we'll tell you the expected restock date or suggest an alternative.

How do I find accessories for my device?

Use the "Shop by Device" menu to browse items made for your iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Apple Watch, or AirPods. Not sure about compatibility? Ask us before ordering.

Account, Rewards & Extras

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes. Create an account to earn points and rewards on purchases and referrals, then redeem them on future orders.

Can I save items for later?

Yes. Use the wishlist to save products you're considering and find them quickly when you're ready to buy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. You can add gift wrapping to your order at checkout for items meant as a gift.

Do you sell bundles or gift cards?

Yes. Look for our bundle offers to save on items bought together. Gift cards are also available — note that Deema installments don't apply to digital gift cards.
