Currently, we ship within the GCC countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Order cut-off time: 12 P.M. (noon), 7 days a week
Delivery time:
- Kuwait: orders placed before 12 P.M. are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12 P.M. are delivered the next day. This applies to all areas of Kuwait, including Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Khiran, Mutla and Um Al-Hayaa.
- Other GCC countries: 5 to 14 business days.
We deliver 7 days a week.
Shipping and Delivery Cost:
- For orders within Kuwait, delivery costs 1 KD
- For orders within Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Khiran, Mutla and Um Al-Hayaa, delivery costs 5 KD
- For orders within other GCC countries, shipping costs 7 KD
While we use reasonable efforts to meet the delivery times above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you've to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your package, as once the item is with the carrier we don't have control over it. If the problem still persists, kindly write to us at info@techgoodskw.com and we'll try our best to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at info@techgoodskw.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issue at our earliest.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Payment
We accept Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer buy now, pay later through Deema. We don't accept cash on delivery; all orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Damages
techgoodskw.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
