Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer buy now, pay later through Deema. We don't accept cash on delivery — all orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Through our partnership with Deema you can buy now and pay in monthly installments, with instant approval at checkout. Eligible orders range from KD 10 to KD 1,000. Deema is available on all products except Apple products and digital gift cards, and early repayment is free at any time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is confirmed it can't be modified. You can cancel within 24 hours as long as the order hasn't shipped. If it has already shipped, you can use our standard return process after you receive it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take in Kuwait?

Delivery within Kuwait takes 1 to 3 business days. Order before 3 PM and your order will be delivered the same day. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Kuwait costs 1 KD. Delivery to Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Khiran, Mutla, and Um Al-Hayaa costs 5 KD. Shipping to other GCC countries costs 7 KD.

Do you ship outside Kuwait?

Yes. We ship to all GCC countries: Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. GCC delivery takes 5 to 14 business days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All items can be returned within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your order. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and any manufacturer seal must be unopened. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping; if your item arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, we send a prepaid return label and you can choose a refund or replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All electronic devices from Tech Goods are guaranteed for at least one year (accessories like cases and keychains excluded). Anker products carry an 18-month warranty; Momax, Xiaomi, RAVPower, Kingsmith, Porodo, Powerlogy, Sony, and Govee carry 12-month warranties under their agents' conditions. Keep your original invoice — it's required for warranty claims.
