Return and Exchange Policy
- The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories, user manual, and the original invoice.
- If you wish to replace a product with no manufacturers defect or defect, the customer will bear delivery fees within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- In the event that the product to be replaced is not available in the Tech Goods store, the customer will be contacted to obtain his permission in case he/she desires another product.
- The products that were opened are not replaced if there is no manufacturers defect in them, noting that the non-replaceable products are all that violates or deviates from the terms of the warranty such as (misuse - the product is opened in its natural state - not following the operating instructions - exposure of the product Waterproof in the event that it was not waterproof - do any external maintenance - the device is completely or partially out of work in the event of using an incompatible accessory.
- If the product is examined and it becomes apparent that under warranty, the customer will be compensated with a new product, and TechCoed will bear the cost of delivery.
In the event that payment is made via the card, the amount will be refunded through the card. In the event that payment is made upon receipt, the customer will be contacted by the customer service to retrieve the amount. The recovery period ranges from 7 days to 21 working days.
